ThreadsDelete Terms & Conditions

• ThreadsDelete provides a service to help users delete their Threads posts and replies in bulk.

• The service connects to your Threads account via official Threads API to access and delete your content.

• You maintain full control over what content gets deleted through our selection interface.

By signing in to ThreadsDelete, you explicitly consent and agree that:

• Data Access: Our service will read your Threads posts and replies through official Meta Threads OAuth integration

• Third-Party Login: You will be logged in via Meta Threads' official authentication service

• No Data Storage: We do not store, archive, or backup any of your content - everything is processed in real-time

• Deletion Responsibility: You take full responsibility for deletion decisions made through our service

⚠️ Critical Agreement: You acknowledge that deletions are permanent and irreversible. ThreadsDelete bears no responsibility for any content deleted through our service, as all deletions are performed with your explicit consent via Meta's official API.

• Your data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy

• All data access is performed through official Meta Threads OAuth for your security

• You can revoke access permissions at any time through your Threads account settings

• Based on Threads Meta integration policies, the maximum deletion limit is 100 posts and replies per day.

• If you select more than 100 items, ThreadsDelete will schedule the excess for deletion on subsequent days.

• Deleted content cannot be recovered — we do not provide backups or restoration services.

• You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to preserve before deletion.

• We currently offer a 3-day free trial (15 posts + 15 replies) so users can try ThreadsDelete.co risk-free.

If you're not satisfied after your first purchase, we offer a 100% refund under these conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of the purchase date

• Less than 5% of the monthly deletion quota has been used

• It is the user's first transaction (not a renewal or upgrade)

❌ Important:

Refunds are not offered for any subsequent purchases after the first.

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or third-party dependencies (Threads API).

• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

• ThreadsDelete is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

• We are not responsible for any content loss, data corruption, or unintended deletions.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked.

• We may use web cookies to collect non-personal information about users' interactions with the Service.

• All data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• We may update these Terms at any time.

• Users will be notified of any updates to these Terms via email.

• Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
